I did:
# Search for LMANNOUNCE (it will bring up multiple results - the one you
are interested in is LMANNOUNCE with a value of 0 or 0x00000000
It seemed to only find one.
# Change the value to 1 [I left the value type as HEX, which doesn't
matter - it will change the value to 0x00000001 (1) which is what you need]
No effect.
