Subject: SCOUG-Help: CD Rom Boot problem

I scavenged some parts together so I can try out eCS RC 2 with this new
motherboard I had problems with.

There is a problem booting from the CD Rom. I get the option to boot from
hard drive or CD Rom, and I choose CD Rom. I then get a message "Startup
Drive is CDROM in No emulation mode.

Files get unpacked successfully. I then get a message "CDROM Boot
Emulation completed successfully."

Something on the screen flashes by -- something maybe like "Disk 2" and
then the screen goes blank and the computer starts to reboot. It then goes
through the entire cycle again.

I tried two different CD Rom drives. But that doesn't mean there isn't
something wrong with the CD Rom drive.

I suspect I may have to tweak something in the options menu, but I'm not
sure. If anybody has an idea what the problem is here -- or a suggestion
for trouble shooting this -- please let me know. I don't think it pays to
try a third CD Rom drive, but that is an optioin.

Thanks,
Sandy
