If you bought a computer network system to use in your business and paid
for it by financing with a variable rate loan, would you expect someone
to bail you out when interests rates went up? Maybe you could have
started with fewer computers and taken a fixed rate loan. Why should
anyone else pay for your poor financial decision? It's not like you were
going to die. Most people who bought homes with subprime loans put
nothing down. If they default what will they loose except time and prestige?
