Thanks. I think I solved the problem. I already had a heat sink-CPU fan   
unit and PS and Case fans. But, I suddenly remembered that, for some   
reason, I had turned on an option in the BIOS to turn off if temperature   
is too high. I turned this off, all works OK, and no smoke yet.
