Maybe there's a later .dll available, or something,
but I find it lets me see the contents, but not unpack
the archive or read a readable file within the
archive. I think the OS/2 unrar may be from the
Russian guy who does WinRar. There is a considerable
range of how well various archive handlers do Rar,
even on the Dark Side. I gave up on WinRar a long
time ago: they charge for it, yet some of the free
options like 7Zip or Izarc do it much better, at no
cost. If the eCS archive viewer can unpack RAR
archives, that would be great.
