According to the readme, it should work.  What does lantran.log say?  
 
I probably should take a look at the output of pci.exe.  Put the attached  
somewhere where it can find pci.exe and run it under 4OS2.  Send the  
resulting file my way along with copies of  
 
 \config.sys  
 \ibmcom\lantran.log  
 \ibmcom\protocol.ini  
 \mptn\bin\setup.cmd  
 \mptn\etc\inetcfg.ini  
 
The good news about the rtgnda drivers is that they come with source code.
