Subject: SCOUG-Help: printer problems

Content Type: text/plain

Sorry, I had a few problems trying to do as you suggested.
First, I lost your e-mail. (My address book also seems to
have disappeared). So here is what I did:
1. I downloaded file prndrv.exe
2. I listed the queues and drivers
3. I deleted everything (using -d with omni and Epson))
4. I searched for checkini and did not find that file
5. I searched for checkini in SCOUG website and
did not find it
6. I searched for checkini.exe in GOOGLE and found
many, probably the wrong ones so ignored that
7. tried to display omni.drv to double click on it
but got instead BDview.dll when trying to display
contents of folder DLL
8. I tried to issue command omni.drv and got the
message "The operating system csnnot run omni.drv"
