My 3 year old Shuttle XPC has two built-in Nics. (One
of them is the Gigabit Lan variety.) I don't know
what sort of interrupt assignments it uses for them,
but they don't seem to have provided any interrupt
conflicts. The main issue is that whereas the Dark
Side can use either Nic at will, OS/2 | eCS cannot.
One or the other of them has to get specifically and
properly initialized in Config.Sys, but it can't be
both. One of them is always "Not Found." Trying to
have both online at the same time may lead to neither
of them being available to OS/2. This does not seem
to be an issue for W2K.
