Something is going wrong in the memboot process.
Can you get to the memboot options menu?

I'm not sure there's much that you can do. The reboot is occurring in
Veit's code, not Dani's driver or anything like that.
Try setting the MB BIOS to the low performance settings and see if this
helps. If you can, pull some RAM.
