No, it is actually difficult to find any that are not.
The tripping point now is the output configuration. The MB and
peripheral vendors seem to be having a contest to see how many different
power supply connections they can have. You now have to get the PS last.

No again. In electronics we continually get more for less. The
downside is not technological but possibly social and/or political.
