It depends on where you store your plugins. If you have MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH
defined, that's where you plugins are for all browsers. If you have
private installs for each broswer, then copying is OK. However, you need
to copy all the flash files and you need to run flashinst.exe to get the
registry set up properly.

You can check the date on
\Innotek\innowin\innowin.dll
and read
\Innotek\INNOWIN\readme.txt
