Thank you, Steven, for your help. Yes, I found out that the guest login does not work.
However, I was able to send off an E-Mail directly to newview@rbri.org. Below, please
find a copy of RBRi's response back to me:

Don't know why the trac login is broken; but i filled the bug for you.

Thanks for your report. The bug is fixed in svn. I plan a bugfix release this weekend.
