This should be OK. 2003 is a bit oldish, although it would probaby hand
the larger drive just fine.

It should be fine. If the video playback is not as good as you want, then
you can consider upgrading.

I would recommend the 32-bit stack. It was freely available. Check

This would give you both the the 32-bit stack and applications. If you
know what you are doing, you could install this from the eCS CD to your
Warp partition.
