Which part? The first part says I previously sent the second part and
it got lost.

As for the second part, is for those who have encountered a Sandisk
thumb drive with U3. They will know what it means; that the device
comes pre-configured with Win stuff, and understand that there is a way
to clean it. Until you do encounter it, you won't care.
