"hostname=" can be any name and should never be a name you are going to send
email to so "roadrunner.com" is not a good name to use. So your fasteagle was
OK.

Sounds like a timeout.

Go back to my sendmail.cf file and change the DV macro to
DVsmtp.roadrunner.com. Lets not change anything else until we get the basic
function working before we try to pretty things up.
Executing sendmail with
sendmail -a SENDMAIL.Test -t
should send the email you have created in the file SENDMAIL.Test and sent it to
the "To:" inside the file and use the "From:" inside the file as the sender.
