That is the latest version on Hobbes. There have been a lot of changes to
tidy since 2005. I run
[D:\TMP]tidy --version

The 29 December date is a red herring. The Jan 3 date is a more accurate
measure of the source code vintage. The developers have been a bit lax
about updating the version.h file. They finally updated it on the 25th of
this year.
