I haven't tried a "fresh profile," because I don't know what that means.
Can you tell me how to do that or point me to a resource?
I have the following lines in my config.sys:
SET MOZILLA_HOME=H:\MOZILLA\MOZPROFILES
SET MOZILLA_PLUGIN_PATH=H:\MOZILLA\MOZ_PLUG
