I don't know how Roadrunner is set up but most ISPs do not require a userID and
password to send email if your are connected through one of their IP addresses.
You do need to userID and password to retrieve email.
Put what you use for the outgoing email server that you use in Seamonkey
(without JunkSpy) in the sendmail.cf file. Which port do you use in Seamonkey?
If it is not port 25 then change the sendmail.cf file to use the same port.
Then do as Steven suggested, start iptrace and run the sendmail test, stop
iptrace, run ipformat to see the results.
