Why? All that does is clutter up the \os2\dll directory and makes
troubleshooting more difficult.

Unlikely. Your Warp4 is really not Warp4 IAC. You have installed a
number of eCS components.

What I can tell you is both browsers are failing for the same reason.
Note that lower part of EIP is the same in both traps. The upper part
differs because the DLL mix differs. The failing code is effectively
getting lost and jumping to nowhere.

Does the trap occur with a fresh profile?

If you capture a process dump, I might be able to say a bit more.
