Yes. It is a TV with a PC type video input and a DVD drive. I hang it

I have been using Blockbuster. I briefly looked a Netflix. There are
sites that sell DL movies for $3-5. They MIGHT even be legit.

I want to burn DVDs at home that I can play on the road. And I am
assuming a lot of the older stuff should be cheap to DL.
