Yahoo is fine and I moderate a number of Yahoo lists. However, what I am
looking for is a reliable home for the server to that SCOUG's web presence
can continue.

I don't see much benefit in creating another mailing list. If all that we
needed was another list, I have the means to get us a mailing list that
would avoid the Yahoo ads.
