Conspiracy buffs might jump all over the *apparent*
timing for these outages -- like just before the
notices would have to be posted for a meeting, or
particularly a Live Help Desk session. But that is
only an apparent and superficial correlation . . .
masking the TRUE default state of our server, which is
*Out of Commission.*
High time to do something about this ?
