My guess is that you are not using the correct Java for the TCP/IP setup. I
guess that you have installed a newer version of Java and made it the default.
The TCP/IP setup needs to use Java 1.1.8 which is why I leave the default Java
in place and use a CMD file to execute any non Java 1.1.8 application I use.
The alternative is to make a CMD file that has the correct PATH and LIBPATH for
Java 1.1.8 and execute the TCP/IP setup program.
