Can anyone tell me what JPEGIO is supposed to do. It is apparently a
set of three files;
MMOS2\DLL\JPEGIO.DLL
OS2\GBM.DLL
OS2\JPEGIO.SYM

I have several sets with internal dates spread over several years.

On a couple systems JPG files have file objects that are thumbnails; not
light table size but normal icon size. Does JPEGIO have something to do
with this?
