Not quite. GBM.DLL and GBM.SYM are part of Heiko Nitzsche's GBM libary
port. JPEGIO.DLL is from IBM.

Not directly. This is implemented by some other WPS class extension. I'm
not sure which one. It might be from eWP or from WPS-Wizard.
