I had INCL_DOSDEVIOCTL but not INCL_DOSDEVICES.
That fixed the problem.

I haven't a clue where to change the configure file.
I just changed the cm17.c file.

In this case my memory is a bit faulty. Still I would have expected a message
(such as not defined) of some kind.
