I was sorry to hear about the end of the regular (separate) Live Help Desks at Chapman. It does make an easy fill-in for meetings that have no scheduled presentations, and is clearly better than no Help Desk at all, but it is never quite the same thing. The Meeting / Help Desks I recall veered a bit too much in the direction of a cross between "Iron Chef" and a Bulgarian fire drill. All that was missing was someone trying out their stand-up routine. No, wait a minute -- may have had that too. ;-)
In contrast, the Chapman deal was calm and very focussed.
