Your equipment sounds pretty much like mine. I have a KVM that only is a 2 way
switch. The setup works except that I need to switch to OS/2 whenever I want
to boot otherwise the mouse does not work after the boot. I am not at home now
so I don't know what brand it is.

I have not seen a switch that would switch sound but have not looked for what
is on the market recently.
