Not well enough, evidently. Most of the issues I've seen in a given SM or FF release also existed with those same versions on the other platform. (Bearing in mind that PW does a few unique tweaks in his releases.) Exceptions would involve plugins we don't have on the eCS side, or which are way behind the times (Flash).
