Right-click on Netscape icon, select Properties, select Association.
"text/html" was already a "Current type", and I added *.HTM and *.HTML
so they are listed as "Current names".

Thanks on the other stuff. I'm never happy unless I understand exactly
what the runtime is doing. :)
