Content Type:   text/plain
I'm sort of flying blind here, but can't

      rc = recv (Socket, Buffer, sizeof (Buffer), 0);

give you more than one line? Don't you have to check every character of
your received data for 0Dh, 0Ah, even 0Ch?

On older mainframes, 0Ch sometimes came in without a preceding 0Dh 0Ah,
and of course you never saw a 0Dh or 0Ah after a 0Ch. And I've also
seen the vertical tab character used for an implied line feed, although
not in this type of situation.

So, we might not have a line yet, but we also might have more than one
line.  Yes?
