Yah, that's possible. Feature Install might think some of the
installation has already been completed. But shouldn't it still give
the option of reinstalling over what it thinks is already on the disk?

Make sure it's Feature Install 1.2.3, not 1.2.2.

And mine is in \os2\install\"installed features". :)
