If it's such a good idea why didn't they do it? :-) Note the date of the
Classic REXX REXX.INF:

As I mentioned previously, the current documentation is in readtext.txt
and Object REXX's REXX.INF. It's left to the student to figure out
exactly what will work for his/her version of Classic REXX.
