I found part of it on eCS.

The following is from the readme.txt found on eCS CD # 2.
\options\USBprint\

The USBPRTEN.EXE** file contains the following USB print support files in a
self-extracting compressed format:

o README.TXT The file that you are reading

o USBUHCD.SYS USB host controller device driver

o USBD.SYS USB device driver

o USBPRT.SYS USB physical printer driver

o USBMON.EXE USB Auto Monitor Executable

o TSTUHCD.EXE USB host controller presence check routine

o USBPRT.DDP USB physical driver stack installation profile

o USBPRT.PDR USB Printer Port driver

o USBPRT.HLP USB Printer Port driver help file

o RSPDDI.EXE Physical device driver installation utility

o CLEANUP.CMD Command file that deletes all USB print support files
from installation directory to release disk space after
installation

When I run USBPRTEN.EXE it expands most of the above files. But
USBUHCD.SYS and USBD.SYS are not there. These are the base USB support so
the print functions will not install without them.

I am going to the eCS newsgroup and ask there where the base USB drivers
are.
