Absolutely.

http://www.lafn.org/~aw585/

has a link at the bottom of the page for the currently
posted version in UNIX, DOS, and Mac text file formats.

I need to submit it to Gary. :-)

After I wrote it, I noticed in Extended Attributes
an article by Denis Bareis about his PPWizard
ReXX script, which seems to do all mine does plus
some things I was only contemplating.

I'm still making changes to 'url2html' though
and will try to get the latest versions up ASAP.

One problem is that I don't document how
escaping encoded characters is handled very well
(added a lot to this since Carla used it),
and a mega-comment that gives a quick reference to
HTML for ignoramouses like me is still growing.
(and providing me a chance to learn more on the topic.)
I understand Rollin White had to tweak the handling
of quoting to make it more conventional, as well
as get it in the right file format (long story.).
The current version should be a bit more robust
for various reasons, and faster since it can skip some
of the more obscure link types.

Also, does anyone out there know how VM/CMS
handles End-Of-Lines? cr, lf, cr-lf or what?
I've reason to include that for one feature. :-)
