I think it is usually UDP, but goes to TCP if the messages are over

I've heard that you usually need to 'read at least 3 books DNS
before setting up your own server.'
As we've seen, the experts in large companies don't always get
this right.
KFWB news even mentioned the CERT alert based on
recent events dealing with DNS.

I'm starting to read a book, 'DHCP A Guide to Dynamic TCP/IP
Network Configuration', Berry Kercheval, Prentice Hall,
