Rollin is talking probabilities. Any of them could be placed on another
drive. It's just rather unlikely that the Desktop would be. It would
take a lot of work and there's no install support to do it.

There's a lot more to it than just moving the files or running makeini.
You need to change all the drive letter references inside the files. I've
done this when I've decided to change the boot drive letter. It's not
hard, but there is much opportunity for error.
