You could roll your own or you might consider using the defined kernel
API's. There are two utilities I use:

uptim100 .zip 145,642 .... 2-06-99 6:12:00
uptime .zip 34,771 .... 3-16-98 17:21:18

uptime.zip contains source code a writes to the command line which is good
for dumping into RXQUEUE. I'm sure someone had written a REXX DLL for
this, but I don't recall a name. Bernd Schemmer's Rexx Tips and
Techniques indicates Mike Ruskai has implemented a REXX DLL so you can
avoid the RXQUEUE.
