Yes, SockListen() is immediately returning. The document I'm using as a
reference says it's supposed to block but it doesn't.

Do you happen to know how to tell SockAccept() to block? rxsocket.inf
doesn't show a parameter for SockAccept() which will turn blocking on or
off.

Where do I get (or have) tcppr.inf?
