Was wondering if anyone out there could check their
documentation and (especially) rexxtry with real examples,
to see if more recent versions/fixpacks have the following
Rexx functions available:
(Known ANSI functions)
newhaystack = CHANGESTR( needle, haystack, newneedle )
count = COUNTSTR( needle, haystack )
(ANSI?)
fullyqualifiedfilename = Qualify( filename )
