You asked if someone would check fixpak documentation. I checked my
FP10 machine's documentation and responded.

What FP are you at? It would help if I knew what FP time frame you're
interested in.

And (again) are you looking for the specific function names, or just the
functionality?

If you want the specific function names, you can ask on comp.lang.rexx
-- there may be an add-on DLL which will give you what you want (I use
several Rexx add-on DLL's). If you want to use these function names
from REXXTRY.CMD then you'll have to find out if it supports add-on
DLL's. Optionally, you can modify REXXTRY.CMD so it loads add-on DLL's
(or copy it to a new .cmd and modify the copy). You could also modify
REXXTRY.CMD so it looks for the function calls you're interested in and
substitutes a different call. Since REXXTRY simply interprets the line
you give it (see its "main:" routine), you could also write the three
routines you're interested in and add them to REXXTRY so they'll be
called.
