Well, if anyone has looked at the PSIG page lately, you'll see it had its
second birthday this week. Two years old! And five days. So our best
revision is probably to remove and replace. Or maybe we could save
the old page in our "history" file.

I suggest we don't need to consider it too much. The web site isn't our
solution, it's just a slate to scribble the materials which might contribute
to the solution. The main thing we need is content, then we just sort it
into categories and stuff it into folders. If we want it organized
differently or prettier, we can evolve that easier after we see it start to
take shape. Revising is easy. It's the considering that's hard.

Do the easy stuff first, then we can consider our materials instead of
the web site.
