No. It would run a separate instance of EPM with the select .INI.  After 
printing you would just exit from this instance. 
The command line would be something like: 
  /m 'postme qprint' 'postme quit' %* 
You would select your margin specific .INI by adjusting EPMPATH or, 
perhaps, the startup directory of the object.
