Subject:	SCOUG-Programming: February SIG meeting

They snuck February 1st in on a Saturday. As a consequence
our SCOUG general meeting is only two weeks off. I would
like to lead a Programming SIG meeting after the main meeting
to continue with our discussion of HPCalc with the emphasis
on reading and understanding the source. That will allow us
to cover control structures as well some common terms like
binding time, local and global, and some others.

I copied everyone on the CompuServe IBMFORUM due to
previous interest in the Sundial SIG relative to investment
analysis. Perhaps we may get some input from Peter and
others relative to the value of this program. If significant
enough, we may decide to include it in our list of supported
applications (currently zero) and work in conjunction with
Netlabs. At any rate give it some thought.
