Many modern programs already have this. AntiVirus programs typically do.
Some others that come to mind are:
netbeans
jdictionary
eCSMT
If you lived in the Windows world you would find the percentage is pretty
high. Joan is always telling me she can't use her system because it's
busy doing and update.

MR/2 ICE has had something similar fo years. If you get a message that
ICE can't handle, there's the:
Help -> Send this message to support
menu option. It's not quite the same as your Ouch button, but it's a
similar idea.
