Subject: SCOUG-Programming: Saturday monthly meeting

Content Type: text/plain

I assume Greg will bring his own machine as he did last time. I
further assume he will have more breathing space in which to
present his Python example. My last assumption is that he is
willing to do this in the first place.

I have loaded 2.2.3 of Python, the OS/2 version, onto this
machine, but have not installed it on the laptop. I may or may
not have time for this. According the the OS/2 version
website (http://www.andymac.org/python.html) a Warpin
version of the previous version (2.2.2).

I think our APL folks will still be in attendance at the APL
conference in San Diego. So maybe we can have them do a
presentation at next month's SIG meeting.

Meanwhile give some thought to what we might want to
pursue with the Programming SIG web pages.
