This may be true, but this does not mean the OREXX DLL can not be used.  
This is OS/2.  IBM often does things for non-obvious reasons.  If you look 
at the list of functions in the OREXX DLL, it's clear that few of them 
depend on the REXX interpreter to work correctly.

You can pull a similar list from the Classic REXX DLL.  FWIW, it too 
contains SysStemSort.

Possibly.  The DLL you care about is REXXUTIL.DLL.  The supported function 
list is near the end.  I use strings to extra this kind of stuff, but you 
can use EPM.

Sure.  Of course if you are concerned FP15 might cause you problems, you 
only need to install REXXUTIL.DLL.
