| Subject: | SCOUG-Programming: SCOUG Server - time restamp doesn't like TZ variable |

Content Type: text/plain
I noticed a couple of weeks ago that the CONFIG.SYS "SET TZ=" value
wasn't complete -- there wasn't any Daylight Saving info.

So I changed it.

But the SCOUG routine which restamps every list message (if you look at
a message header you'll see an X-Olddate line) is apparently using the
entire TZ string. That explains the very weird time stamp which I
hadn't noticed until this morning when I checked it. (Look at the Date
line on this message and you'll see the problem.)

AFAIK this isn't an INetMail problem; I think this is a custom SCOUG
routine.

Sigh. Something else to fix.
