It appears that Mailman while being mostly in Python has a few C routines.  I  
did not see anything that even implied it had been ported to another platform.   
So to get this running someone is going to have to port the C routines to OS/2.  
Then Mailman will need to be tested to see if it will run on the Python that is  
available for OS/2.  It will not be me.  So if one of the Python gurus wants to  
give it a try go for it.

Saw a few other mailing list servers mostly written in PHP/MySQL.  Nothing  
looked interesting.
