Sure it does. Try searching for template or templates.

The Skye's the limit on what you can do with templates.

The formatting can be controlled. However, you have to be willing to work
the way the Clearlook designer's intended and there are many limits to
Clearlook's capabilities. It's a nice start with some good ideas, but it
is hardly a full featured word processor.
